Authorized personnel can utilize Flex Touch to remotely monitor their agency's calls anytime and from any location using a mobile device.

The intuitive interface facilitates a swift learning curve for users, allowing quick navigation within the app. Real-time call updates including active calls, call nature, and assigned units are readily accessible. Users can configure the call and unit lists as per their jurisdiction requirements. Calls are categorized based on unit status for easy tracking of officers' arrival status and unit timers. Assigned call details are prominently displayed for user acknowledgment.

Users can efficiently complete tasks by accessing call comments, adding personal comments, and attaching photos or documents directly from their mobile devices via the app.
