Users can configure the call and unit lists as per their jurisdiction requirements. Calls are categorized based on unit status for easy tracking of officers' arrival status and unit timers. Assigned call details are prominently displayed for user acknowledgment.</p>

<p>Users can efficiently complete tasks by accessing call comments, adding personal comments, and attaching photos or documents directly from their mobile devices via the app.</p>

<p>Flex Touch operation is contingent upon agency use of Motorola Flex alongside the acquisition of the Flex Touch module.</p>
